Problem with dynamic block and annotative scales

Hi, first post here though I've been a lurker for a while. I'm having an issue with I DB. The block is a simple keynote tag with an attribute inside a circle, with a leader. 2 grips to stretch the circle/text and the leader endpoint, and a visibility param to hide the leader. When I have multiple annotative scales (example: a plan view at 1:20 and a detail view at 1:5) any changes I make in one scale affect the others as well. Stretch the leader in the detail view and it moves in the plan view. This does not happen with, say, annotative multileaders. Any ideas what is going on here? The block in question is attached.

I believe this is a limitation of dynamic blocks as the leader is inside the block and the block is annotative so it behaviours differently to a leader on its own (someone smarter may have a way to do this???).
I have the same issue with a similar block.
I know that using a DB on a multileader is on the wish list for 2015, seems to have a lot of support too!
Hopefully we will see this functionality next year.
