I can not figure out on how to trim out these walls. Anyone know what I am not doing. Thanks

Different materials? Different heights? Different Core boundary Layer numbers?

Also have a look at those furring walls. Is there really finish on both sides or should a different wall type be used there?

All of that is the same

it should not be on those furring walls. Did not think that would make a difference on clean up but I will try and put in correct wall

Looks like a difference in the Interior/Exterior setting.
