A really good way to create multiple copies of an object is by copying
the object to the windows clipboard.
Use cntrl+C to envoke the copy command, select your object(s),
and then use cntrl+V to paste the object. Since AutoCad prompts for
an insertion point, objects can be easily placed where needed.
Keep hitting cntrl+V and multiple copies can be created.
