Multi category tag not reading family origin correctly

I have a mop sink and the multi category tag for it does not read the origin point of the family correctly. Any thoughts on what could cause this?

Has it got the "leader line" turned on? This might be something in your template settings has been hidden off, or removed in the family setting to have it set as "none" but it will still displace the tag from its origin. Try turning the leader line off (if its on) and see if it places properly for you - and keep in mind it will NOT move an already placed tag.
IE try toggling off "leader line" before you place the tag. If the tag is placed, it will remove the line but the tag will stay in its original placement.
