'Ghost' assemblies appearing in cross sections

I have a drawing that was created by someone who is no longer at my current firm and on one of his alignments, there are 'ghost' assemblies showing up in the cross sections. Two sets of labels are being created, but they seem to be tied to the 'correct' assembly. The strange thing is, it only happens sporadically along the alignment, not in every region.
