Some of you may have run into an error message when attempting to export an NWC file from Revit 2014.
The message reads:
No suitable geometry found...
Turns out this is caused by a combination of two parameter value settings within the view template. The parameters are "Detail Level" and "Model Display". See attached image.
If you deselect the "include" box for these two parameters the issue should be resolved.
Detail Level
Model Display
Anyone have an idea what it is about the combination of these two parameters that would be tripping up Revit? If you deselect them individually the issue persists. It's only resolved when they are deselected in combination.
If you don't use a view template, you probably haven't experienced this issue, though in my opinion it is the best practice to utilize view templates whenever possible.
