AutoCAD Raster

We currently use a software package called GTX RasterCAD for editing our raster files. We would like to switch to AutoCAD Raster but do not know if it functions like GTX. I was not able to find very much on Autodesk's web site that would show me what AutoCAD Raster is like. Does anyone know of some short video or white pages that would tell the functions of AutoCAD Raster are? Also I know that it is part of the Product Design Suite for 2015. Is it also a part of Product Design Suite 2013?

FWIW - Raster Design comes with our 2014 Suite, and installs very nicely as a checkbox beneath either AutoCAD, or Civil 3D in my case; really simple.

I have been using GTX RasterCAD Plus for the last 16 years. I just switched to AutoCAD Raster and it is not as easy to use as GTX RasterCAD Plus. I'm sure there may be
some advantage to using Raster Design, however, as of the moment, I wish I would have just upgraded my AutoCAD and GTX RasterCAD to 2014. It would have been a
whole lot cheaper and there would have been a much shorter learning curve.
