Text Masking and PDF's / DWF's not working

Hey everyone, how have you folks overcome the Nagging way Text Masking done by Express Tools over the years has made Black Outs instead of what we get with dwg's which work right for text masking. I haven't found a version of Adobe Reader or the New DWF viewer that can plot to an HP1050 plotter that doesn't make a Blackout or some sort of Blemish. Is there a setting to fix this that is out there.

We have also found that to be a problem in the past. We just recently purchased a program claled Acroplot that will allow for everything in AutoCAD, including wipeouts! Also, I have been using the trial version of Adobe 7 and this new version allows for wipeouts as well!!
