You could try one of two basic ways:
1. Curtain Walls. Lots of control of where the joints fall, but to show the wall in plan and interior elevations, you may end up using two walls: a basic wall for the interior and a Curtain Wall for the exterior.
2. Fill Pattern for the material of the wall. You don't have a lot of specific control about where the joints fall if you have any uneven spacing or unique conditions.

The curtain wall tool will allow for panelization of your cladding. The panel joints would be the equivalent of mullions and the curtain panels would be the aluminum panels. Depending on your needs, I'd probably create custom curtain panels that provide the correct graphics in plan.
