I have a steel beam schedule on one of my drawings that isn't quite behaving properly - my structure has 105 beams of various sizes, all of which appear in the schedule fine. The problem is that there is another 105 beams, of zero length and with no other discernible properties creating another line in the schedule - see attached JPG. I've got a feeling that this is something to do with the analytical model, but turning this off doesn't help. I've never seen this before so it could be something new in 2014 that I've not been using for too long yet. Does anyone know what causes this how I can get rid of this line?

Thanks in advance.

If you've unchecked the Analytical Model box in the properties, and these ghosts still show up, have you added columns to your schedule, trying to find data that is the same in both the ghosts and the visible beams?

That's how I determined that my framing schedule problem was related to the Analytical Model box being checked. It was annoying as all get out, but it did help me find a solution.

Best of luck!
