I had a file from a few months ago that I needed to get back into, but was unable to for whatever reason.
I had to use a backup file to access it which was fine, yet upon doing this all my revit links were missing....which again is fine, I could just use manage links to reload them; however, I cannot reload or reload one of my linked revit files. It keeps giving me the 'serious error has occurred...' and saving a file or not before proceeding does not make a difference.
Auditing the file did not work.
Opening the said file and re-synching did not help either
I would like to avoid removing the link and re-linking it since this would involve a lot of work to re-stablish all the graphic overrides I have set up for this file.
any advice? I'm out of ideas
