Material of concrete turned black ?

I'm new to Navisworks can anyone tell why I have 2 exact buildings at the side of each other 1 with the correct colour or concrete and the other in black ? All the buildings have been linked into a site project within revit.

If either model was authored in, or converted to AutoCAD, there may be a material named "bylayer" showing up in Presenter. If so, try deleting the "bylayer" material.
