Extracting COG from Revit

Does anyone know if it is possible to find the centre of gravity for a group of elements in Revit? If so, how?

Any advice would be much appreciated

I think that depends on the object. I would tend to say, that no, you can't get the COG from revit directly.
However (I've had to do this a number of times for my engineers) for floor slabs, you can export to cad, trace the outline of the slab, extrude it by it's thickness and use the massprops command. Just a thought.

Thanks for your response Dave. I need the C of G for a group of elements so the cad option you describe won't work in this instance but would be useful for PC unit and such like.

If you can export it as one solid, you can still do that in Acad I believe.
