Structures not projecting into profiles

I was wondering, has anyone ever had problems with structures not projecting into their profiles? I've checked to make sure the object itself falls within the range of the profiles stationing and elevations. I've also checked to make sure the object has no overrides that might be a cause. The problem seems to occur at the beginning or end of an alignment(or both). I've also noticed that when this happens the object that was supposed to be projected has it's label show up at around 0,0, ....no object, just a label.
