Revit 2015 stops constantly to process

I have this issue with revit 2015. It stops working to process someting every 5 minutes or so. Looks that's trying to save something but is not the autosave that it is set to save every 30 minutes. It is really annoying is any body knows what's happening please let me know.

He may have been referring to the Worksharing Monitor frequency.
Click on the big blue R in the upper left corner, then click Options in the lower right of that dialog.
There's a slidebar on the General tab for how often Revit looks for Worksharing Requests.
I think the default is 5 seconds. We've got ours set to 60 seconds.
