I renewed my subscription for 2015 in March 2014.
Autodesk sent a serial number with no product key
My reseller says he cant help but confirms autodesk have not issued a new key to me.
He says he raised an issue with autodesk, but is now away on holiday.
I downloaded the package via my subscription update, and have ended up using the 30 day trial.
Oddly only ACAD 2015 seems available, no icons, no .exe files for revit or 3ds Max.
I tried to raise a support issue with autodesk, but the web page demands my linux code or product key and wont send without it.
I am on windows 7 not linux.
My previous product keys dont work.
The whole point of the support request is the lack of a product key!
Whats the point of paying a subscription? £1000 for nothing and a huge waste of time, workflow in jeopardy etc.
Ok, I put up with the 2 1/2 to 3hr download of the product (using 75mbps superfast broadband) but the grief in trying to get the progams up and running isnt worth it.
Not that I can get them running. Cant even seem to get a 30 day trial on Revit 2015.
Anybody got any ideas how to move forward on this? I cant even contact autodesk throught the old software that is installed...that subscription services has ended!
Does any one know of another route to get product support?
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
