Help with Section Bubble, Callouts, etc. in Phasing

I am working on a project that contains phasing...all of the section bubbles, callouts, etc. are created in the New Construction phase. I am working on another Tenant phase and when I switch the phase to Tenant, of course the tags disappear. How can I get them to show up on the Tenant phase as well? I've tried creating a "Show New Construction + Tenant" phase filter, but that did not work. Please help!!!

These views and their tags are phase specific, as you know.

You must recreate the elevation, section and callout views for the phase in which you wish them to show.

For Section Views and Callouts, duplicate ( with details ) and then set the phase and filter as desired and rename the view. The section / callout marker will appear in the view showing that phase.

For elevations, copy the elevation tag in plan view, go to the new phase view plan and paste aligned same place. Then name that elevation, since its a new elevation view, not the same as the one you just copied.

What do you do with all of the elevation tags if you are giving presentations / village appearance review elevations? I have found that these elevation tags (which are only needed for presentations) show up in many plan views/callouts. This ends up being a nightmare to find and then hide all of those tags. My idea is to create a presentation project with a link to our main project, place all of our elevations/ plans in this project and that leaves the main project only for CD's. Thoughts?

What if you use the NEW CONSTRUCTION phase with the Previous + Demo setting to show your existing/demo phase? The section callouts associated with New Construction will still show and not the ones I want....Is it best to always use the Existing Phase with Show All setting to view your Existing/Demo plans?

You could just Duplicate the View - Change its Phase to the one that shows the right Sections/Elevation Bubbles - Then turn off all the other stuff in the View. Then on the Sheet - just overlay it in the same place.

I always have my Demo plans set to New Construction and Show Previous + Demo. If you have it set to Existing and Show All, you will not see any of the demolition work.

As to the question of presentation elevations, just set up another elevation type called Presentation. Then you can quickly right-click on one elevation, select all instances, and hide them in the view.

Thanks Patricks - I also have my Demo plans to New Construction for the same reason. Didnt think of creating another elevation type --- great idea! THANKS.
