Nested family plumbing fixture schedule

I've created a few nested fixtures and I am having trouble with scheduling them. I basically followed this thread:

and having trouble getting the fixtures to show up different fixture types in the schedule. I've attached the file that I'm working with.

i guess i'll try to make my question more clear:

every time I change a family type, it changes for all of that fixture type. the individual parts are Type and the combined family is Instance.
