Export as IFC greyed out

Morning all,

As the title states, the option to export as an IFC file is greyed out in Revit 2015. Can anyone give me any insight as to why? I've updated the plugin from the add-on store.

I'm having to do this because I've produced a few models in Revit 2015 (my first), not realising that all of the UK construction industry uses Revit 2013. One of our clients said to me that with our subscription license, we should be able to install Revit 2013, but as far as I can tell, Autodesk haven't given me a key for it. Any ideas??

Hi,

Are you in a plan view or 3d view while exporting? Can't do it from a schedule view. Also, IFC export is not available from massing environment.
