Parameters in Titleblocks

After creating a titleblock family using the 'Project Address' parameter in a titleblock label, this parameter can not be edited when I load the titleblock family into a project. Has anyone else experienced this problem?

You edit it from the settings pull down in your project, setting>project information>project address.
