Revit 2014 - Detail Level Option - Missing

Hi! I noticed on the second floor level of a project I do not have the option to change the detail level (coarse, medium, fine). The tool, near the lower left side of the screen, to control the detail level is "greyed out"... Any ideas on how to fix this issue?
