Wall Metal Cap Flashing

I have a issue of join the metal cap flashing for two different stacked walls.

I modeled the metal cap as a sweep profile.

Is there another way to model or there is a way to resolve this issue?

Are they two separate modeled in-place pieces? Model as one, it will fix the issue.
However, I’d suggest creating a parametric profile family (if you don’t have one already made), it will save some time next time you use it. A cap as a profile family can be applied as a wall sweep (architecture tab -> wall (click on the small blk arrow) -> wall:sweep. Or, you can add it as a sweep to the wall type in the type properties.
