Materials not displaying in Navisworks Freedom

Hi Everyone,

Apologies in advance if this question was asked in the past.

I'm tasked with the design of an equipment container and my client requested that I present an interactive 3D model of the container.

I designed the container with material properties in AutoCAD and exported it to Navisworks Manage. Everything displays fine.

I installed Navisworks Freedom on my client's pc, but the materials aren't displaying on his PC. I installed the Medium Resolution Image Library 2012 (all I could find online) but it's still not displaying.

Any advice?
