Edit spiral stair shape?

I think I already know the answer to this but thought I'd see if anyone has any ideas on how I can change the shape of a spiral stair. I need a spiral stair in a hexagonal enclosure so instead of a circle as the outside shape, I'd like to make it a hexagon so I don't have gaps between the stair and walls.

This doesn't seem possible in the Spiral Stair command - does anyone have any ideas on how I can make this stair?

You'd need to create it via Sketch, instead of with the built-in configuration options.
