Hello!

I'm trying to create custom window opening in family editor. I have basic concrete wall with brick facade. The problem is that I want the brick wall to come over the window frame. Now the opening is always just straight kind a void tube and the width is opening width in properties.

picture1 is basic situation with basic window. Opening cut is straight and its same as window width.

picture2 is as it should be. I made it in 2d but this is how it should look like in floor plan. So coming from inside out, opening void should get 25mm smaller right after frame.

I think it's somewhere in window family editor and reference planes but I can't find it...

Any help/tips??

ps. there is only one wall with air layer and I don't wanna create two separate walls, one with window on and one with opening.

In the window family, delete wall opening and use two void extrusions to cut the wall, one for the inside part of the wall and second for the outside.
