linework tool - original showing up next time I open revit project

I have window elevations where I hide the casing (trim) around the window with the linkwork tool using <invinsible> lines. and it seems as though next next I have to open the project the lines that I hide with the linework tool have reverted back.

Check what's happening in a PDF file. Revit often shows the result of <invisible> lines wrong on-screen. Especially if you zoom in and out. Also check that you don't have other coincident edges, ie several edges in the same place, perhaps at different distances from the view plane.
