Wall System Family Property

Hello all. Our previous BIM manager somehow hard wired a "Company" standard checkbox into the wall system families. Any additional wall I create has this checkbox. Furthermore and wall I transfer from another template has this as well. It is greyed out but you can select the checkbox, it un "greyes" then allows you to uncheck.

I know that the wall system families are hard wired into Revit so I am at a bit of a loss as to how he achieved this. He is not available for questions so I thought I would ask here. It is not that big of a deal I just want to know what the checkbox is for and how to modify or delete it if needed.

Hi Eric,

It's a project parameter applied to wall category which has been added to your template.
Go to Manage> Project Parameters to modify/remove
