Revit Ronin

I'm not sure when this happened, but I discovered today that the Eagle Point Software Corporation has suspended sales of its Siteworks for Revit product, and they are unable to comment further.
The optimist in me speculates that this excellent suite of tools has been purchased by Autodesk, to fill that embarrassing lack of functionality on the Massing and Site tab.
The pessimist in me says that if Autodesk bought Siteworks, then we'll probably have to pay for it in some form of new product (Revit Civil)?
The realist in me says that Eagle Point is likely being sued, and there's an injunction against further sales until the case is settled.
Anyone else care to speculate?
