View Full Version : 2014 Interior Elevation not Producing error when it should

I have an interior elevation marker where someone was able to place one view on one sheet and another on a different sheet and didn't get an error.
The tag still filled out the sheet number. I didn't think that was possible.
Anyone have any idea on how someone might have been able to cheat the system in this manor. I'm really just trying to make sure that it's an isolated case and chalk it up to revit being revit, but fundamentally you're not supposed to be able to do this.
You can see in the attached image 1 elevation marker, 2 elevations on 2 different sheets.
Any thought or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks in advance.

Are you sure there isn't one tag on top of another tag?

If so I would have seen 2 elevations and 2 views in the view filter would you?
That's what I thought at first, only to find out that some idiot on the project team hide the elevation symbol and left the view mark.:veryevil:
Thanks Mike.

<scratching head> I think we already know how an elevation marker works.
