What default template for Ireland?

The firm I am currently with is pursuing a large project in Ireland. We don't have a customized metric template. To start out, we will have to use the default metric template. Looking through the installed templates on my desktop, I realize there may be international templates that were not installed because we didn't think we needed them at the time.

Personally, I have a lot of experience with metric in Acad, but I have yet to do a metric project in Revit. Which template should I use?

All depends on where the materials are coming from. I did a project in Ireland a few years back. We didn't do anything really special for it. We just had to call out things in a European way. ie it's not a W21x50 it's something else.
Also take a look at your contract for it. The project I was on, we only had to provide Design Intent. The Tender drawings and field drawings were done by a local firm the contractor retained.
