adding mullions to archtop window

Hello good people,

I would like to add some mullions to a standard archtop with trim window in 2014 (image 1), and I would like it to be parametric. I have quickly realized that simply editing the extrusion of the frame is not going to work - when I try and change the window size things go badly (image 2) and naturally it kills the extrusion as soon as I try and make the window wider. I know I have to use reference planes, but I am not sure where to place them exactly. Can anyone help me out please? Thanks for your time.

Hi all, you have to do the mullion in a separate extrusion and add a Yes/No visibility parameter in order to turn on or off in the project this mullion.
