HELP!!! Central File won't open!!!

I am trying to open the central file for a project and it tells me it is being used or accessed by someone else...I'm the only person in the office that uses Revit and no one else has access to our network...HELP!!! Why won't it open? Has anyone experienced this or a similar problem before? I need to meet my deadline but in order to do so I need the project to open!

...try opening the central file directly, or reboot the server and your workstation, or resave your local as a central file.

Sorry, but no, that doesn't help...I've already restarted...that doesn't help, and I haven't used the file in about a week, so I didn't have a local file that was current that I could save as the central. I don't know how this happened because I used it last week no problem and I know no one has touched it since then.

Has anyone else used your computer? ie, has the User Name been changed on your computer? Also try copying the file to a different location and opening from there.
