duplicate/ additional detail items

when I insert a drafting view using insert from file a lot of my detail items become duplicates e.g. cmu, cmu 1, cmu 2, break line, break line 1, break line 2. instead of keeping the same name. wondering why this happens and moreso how to prevent or eleminate this?

If anything at all is different with those drafting Views, you'll get duplicates like that.
I mean anything. Could be a Text Style, Could be a Filled Region, could be a Leader Arrow head.
The slightest parameter change will trigger a duplicate,
