Keynote schedule date disappeared

I have created my first keynote schedule and all worked well. I'm doing it by sheet and it worked great
on the first sheet. When I went to put it in a second sheet, it only had 2 lines in it.
When I went back to the 1st sheet, it only has those 2 lines of data and the rest are blank where before
it was all filled out.

Anyone ran into this? If I change it to "by keynote" then the whole list shows up and the notes in the view
change, but I don't want the whole list of keynotes on the sheet.
