Can I change the hue of a filled region - keeps reverting back

I am trying to tweak a company logo in our titleblock. I've been requested to match the black exactly to the detail lines. Currently there is a slight difference in them. When I click on the filled region - edit type - color; the black color I'm getting shows all the hue, sat, etc... as 0 EXCEPT the hue value which is 160. I would like this to change to see if that's the culprit. Every time I try to add a new color or change the hue it reverts back to those original values.

Any suggestions? Or is there a way to exactly match the black color of a filled region to the black color of a line?
