Dimension Override

Is there a way to override dimensions from a numerical value to a text value? ie - change a dimension that reads 3'-0" to 'SEE STRUCTURAL'

Either place opaque text "See Structural" over the dimension value, or get creative with the prefix & suffix parameters of the dimension, i.e

Shown as 3'-0" See Structurals for actual value

or some such verbage....
