The settings tab, right click parcel, edit feature settings, expand default styles
is where I have my preferred default style defined.
I am modifying parcels and every new parcel is still creating on another style.
Where else do I change the "Parcel Style"?

What Command is used to create new Parcels, and what are the Default Styles in that Command's Settings?

Its not occurring during the creation. I am modifying a 150 ac subdivision preliminary and when I am editing and a lot loses its common points or creates new lots by editing verticies then the new lots generated from revisions are defaulting to the first alphabetical parcel style.

There are default styles that should be setup in your styles for your civil3d commands. Theses styles included when editing parcels. I would check the ReADDParcelSegmentLabels commands default styles and see what they are set too.

Posing the question was my attempt to get you to realize the solution for yourself.
In any event, I think you'd well to evaluate the default style settings under Toolspace, Settings tab, Parcels node, Commands node.
