I have run across a problem/bug when referencing the same detail view from multiple locations. First time I place the callout, every things fine. But from then on I select the view I want to reference, place the callout and . . . Revit seems to pick a view at random to reference to. Anything but the one I selected, and I can't change it after the fact. I don't know if this is specific to callouts in detail views or in all views. Has anyone else experienced this? The only workaround I've come up with is copying and pasting the original callout with the proper view.
