Uninstall Problem

The following is from my support people:

"Is there a proper way to uninstall AutoCAD 2005 along with Raster 2005.
AutoCAD instructions basically say to use the Control Panel (Windows), click Add/Remove Programs. We uninstalled Raster first, then AutoCAD and it would not let us uninstall AutoCAD. It came up with some errors about something being bundled etc."

This info is second hand but they have asked me to see if there is a better way to do an uninstall.
