Wondering where is the best place to get localized support for Revit MEP here in the UK? There doesn't seem to be much response on the few threads here..

I would suggest posting to the core Revit MEP forum and specifying that the issue pertains to the UK. I cannot promise that you'll get an answer, but based on the utter lack of traffic here, I think you'll have a better chance.
