View Full Version : 2015 Menu Browser Button Severe Lag

Whenever I select my menu browser button (Blue Revit button upper left corner) my Revit takes a long time to react and display the subsequent menu. I'm talking about a minute or more! Any ideas what this issue is caused by? It's really frustrating and cramping my style!

It's probably Revit trying to find a file on a network drive that you are no longer connected to. Go to your ini file and delete the offending location from your recent files list.

That did it! Sure enough there was a recent file on my list that was made during a VPN connection to work. Cleared it out and now my menu browser button has no delay. Many, many thanks!

Glad you got it fixed.
FYI, the technical name for that button is the "Application Menu"
