Pratt Flat Truss in Section

My first (big) wood project.

I needed some truss girders at the floor and roof levels. I chose the Pratt Flat Truss for these. (Maybe I needed a different truss?)

In the attached screen shot, I've circled two Pratt Flat Trusses in section view. The one at the 3rd floor framing level looks correct in section. The one at my roof framing level has the bottom chord offset.

I've also highlighted them in my project (screen capture) though it's hard to tell... but you can see in my properties I have two trusses selected. In the Type Properties box (still with both trusses selected) I'm showing the Top Chord and Bottom Chord Parameters. If they are both the same, why do they not look the same in section?

is there any more knowledge on this issue nowadays? I've encountered the exact problem now in July 2015 and cannot find a solution anywhere!

A couple of questions.
Did you "nudge" this object once you placed it? (using the arrow keys?)
Did you "unpin" any of the chords?

I hate to suggest this, but what happens if you delete that element and re-place/model it? Another idea is to Audit the file and try replacing that element. Outside of you posting the file, no other ideas.
