I searched and only found one post, from 2009....

I have my profile view set up "correctly" or so I think I do. I would like to add a 40' padding to the beginning and ending of my profile view. So, I change the setting in the style. I get close, but not really 40'. I have my style set to a Vert of 10' and a horz of 30. I have my Horz axis set with a Major 100 and minor 20' ticks. I have my left and right Grid Padding set to 1.

Now, in an overall profile, it works.

But when i create multiple profile views, it does not.

QUESTION:
1) Why does the padding NOT show up in Multiple Profile Views? How can I make it show?

2) How can I verify i am actually 40' padding?

Sounds like you're adding the 'padding' to your first Profile View's Properties, and not the assigned Style *not sure*... Can you confirm?

I have changed the style by going through the Toolspace Settings tab
98941

in my multiple view i get the following
98942

in my overall (or single) view
98943

I cannot change the stations of the multiview to add the buffer, it will just make the profile fit the view.. I guess i could set the multiple profile view to -40' and +40' and then "shorten" each profile with out the 40'

ideas?
