Edit curved wall

Hi all,
I don't remember well (and where) I read Revit can edit curved walls profiles. Is it possible or not?
I have to place a curved wall with the upper profile that goes down and I'm not able to find out any command to do so.
Am I missing something? I have to use splines?
Any help will be very appreciated.

I had a similar problem with a curved masonry wall. I needed to step the footing down, but could not edit it. I ended up making short wall sections for each step and then tried to join them together. Might that work for you?

If it's a simple slope, use a sloped reference plane and attach the top of the wall to the ref. plane. See image.
