Signage Schedule

I have created a signage family (general family category) and created a signage schedule. The text messages on many of my signs require multiple rows of text. In my experience, the multiple rows of text appear in the schedule as though they would appear on the sign. However, I can't figure out how to get multiple rows in my Revit schedule for a single instance of a sign.

Does anyone have some suggestions for getting multiple rows? Or is their a different way of doing the schedule?
