When creating alignments at the "Press to accept alignment direction or [Reverse]:" prompt, my direction arrow is not showing up. Yes I am sure. at first I thought size of alignment may be causing arrow to be very small. I have tried creating multiple alignments and its not working.
I have recently upgraded from Civ3D 2014 to 2015 and I have noticed several glitchy issues.

When I create an alignment from object, I'm invariably in the WCS -- yet sometimes the direction arrow will not appear. I've tended to blame the craptastic corporate graphics card.... As a result I've more than once had to recreate the alignment to get it in the right direction

Why recreate the alignment? There's an option to reverse it in the ribbon.
Select the alignment and look for the Alignment contextual ribbon tab. 103543
Locate the Modify panel and click on the word Modify to expand the flyout panel. 103544
In the expanded flyout Modify panel, click on Reverse Direction. 103545

Not sure why they nested it, but this is what I do as well.
