Room/Area reports - windows not included

When I export a Room/Area report, (with the Window area option selected), some families of windows are not included. This can give an area of window of zero if all the windows in that room are of a type that isn't counted.

Is there something missing or wrong in these window families?

I would start by selecting a window that is counted, make a screen capture of properties (both Instance and Type), then do the same for the other. Compare these 2 captures side by side to look for differences, you just might spot it! If not, post the image from the screen captures here for us to see.
