AutoCAD 2013 doesn't open any file

Hi to all participants. I have this problem. AutoCAD 2013 doesn't open any file. POPs up the message "Unhandled exception 187B30 (Access Violation Reading 0x0000) D5E4730Eh". What can I do to fix this limitation?
