Buildingsystem.dll Error How can i do ?

Hi All.....
It show me in dialog box . when i open program Building system.dll error.
after that i can not run ARS7.I try reinstall again . It not work in show me in same thing.

Befor this case . I do deframent disk drive.

Please tell me.....

You have a corrupted driver file.

Uninstall and then reinstall ARS.

If it still happens turn off hardware acceleration on your video card.
