Screen reverts to black and white

I have inherited a R2011 file created by someone no longer with the firm. It has been ungraded to R2015. At seemingly random times, the opaqueing in dimension text turns black, filled region patterns (like earth) reverse from black on white to white on black, and edit floor sketch lines go from magenta to black, which makes them very hard to find.



I just started using R2015. Is this a software bug, a hardware bug, or something else?

No issue whatsoever with 2015 here. Can you replicate the same behavior on other machines?
